Please answer the "Visa Questionnaire" on the congress website. If you are not able to access to the Internet, please be sure to check the visa section on your paper Registration Form. A letter of invitation is not a commitment on the part of Congress organizers to provide any financial support.
After receiving a letter of invitation, submit it with other documents required to an Embassy or Consulate to apply for a visa. Since issuance of a visa could take a few months, applicants are requested to submit this questionnaire as early as possible.
