Students must be able to present proof of full time enrollment at an accredited university or college. A copy of their student ID or a signed certificate from their department head or supervisor must be submitted to the Secretariat (via fax, post or courier service).


Method of payment
Payment of registration fees should be made by one of the following methods:

Visa or MasterCard is accepted. Please fill in the payment information on the Registration Form if you use this method.

Participants are responsible for all bank transfer charges. You are requested to send a copy of the bank remittance receipt with the Registration Form.

Notes:
1. All remittance handling fees must be paid by the remitter.
2. Registration will be deemed incomplete without payment of the registration fee.
3. The remitter's name should be the same as the participant's name. Please indicate the Registration ID along with the remitter's name.
If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform the Secretariat of the name and Registration ID of each person.
4. Personal Check and Bank Draft are not accepted.
5. Remittance for accommodations should be sent to the official travel agent, JTB (See Accommodation).


Issuance of Receipt and Registration Card
The Secretariat will send an official receipt and a registration card to those who have forwarded their payment and the Registration Form. The registration card should be presented at the Registration Desk upon arrival to receive your name badge and Congress materials.


Cancellation
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing to the Secretariat indicating the delegate's name and the Registration ID. Refund of the registration fee will be governed by the following conditions.

Please note that all refund will be made after the Congress.


On-Site Registration
Those who intend to register during the Congress period are requested to pay the registration fee in Japanese yen at the Registration Desk by either cash or credit card. Neither personal checks nor traveler's checks will be accepted.

  Use of Website and Submission of Forms
Specially prepared and easy-to-access Internet utilities on the 7th ICAAP's website allow you to submit forms, receive notifications, and to check the current status of your applications.
Registration
All participants of the 7th ICAAP must register first. Upon registering, you input your preferred Password and you will be provided with your Registration ID automatically.
User's Page
Using your Registration ID and Password, you may login to the User's Page where you can submit Abstracts/Proposals, applications for Scholarship as well as a Visa Questionnaire for official letter of invitation. You are able to check the current status of each of your submissions on this page.
